We renovated an old sewing factory, a family business, to create a residence for a family of four: a father, mother, daughter, and son. Our design challenge was to preserve the original building structure while making the interior suitable for comfortable living, with a particular focus on the children. Given the demands of the new normal, we created multifunctional spaces in each room, including work and study areas in the bedrooms. The building plan comprises three floors: the first floor features a reception area, living room, work area, kitchen, and dining area, the second floor is a multipurpose space, and the third floor is the private bedroom area.
