According to the respective site location, the main idea is sustainable design concept that use passive strategies for building design derive from climatic conditions (Bio-Climatic). Most of the buildings covered by a green roof which can be landscape and also create family activities on top bringing the human to the delightful nature. The design that considers human comfort by created the interesting building shape to keep thermal comfort conditions in the indoor space. From the sustainable concept It causes a park that is beautiful and useful to people and the environment.

 

Enclose with buildings around the site, the center area became a park. The design of central artifact wanted to catch all attention from inside the buildings but in the same time villagers and guests can walk through the artifacts and embrace to the sight view around them. Beside that the beach landscape to be appear during summer time and even impress by the ice lake surrounding in winter moment. 

 

The group of buildings underneath the green roof using a simplified shape of hills and rock intimate blending to the roof and together with that this area are truly imitate to the respective site context.
