The renovation project that bring Sino – Portuguese Architecture as the concept of design. With the architectural style of “Ngo Kha Khae an important identity  context of the old city planning. Ngo kha khae refers to the 5 foot  walk way  that every house has left for the walkway that connects all the front of house or can be a called arcade. It is an architectural specialty of an old Phuket building façade uses Ngo Kha Khae as the core, where arch structure reduce the thickness and add more detail to the arch to create harmony. The building still  maintains an identity of the past but keep functional and look more modern.
