This project is architecture competition with His Hands-on Africa Rwanda. The design bringing the natural light above to create a changing atmosphere in the building. By the concept, a design represented the changing of time during a day by allowed natural light shine through Rwandan ethnic art pattern surface and interpreted a light shade through a curved wall and straight wall, all the changed of shade will catch user attended and created a simple beauty of present time as “Present is Perfect” 

The design of buildings follows site contour to create the split building levels, allowed cool air ventilation and bring out thermal heat from the building, cascade energy and reduce consumption, and by doing so, activate public space and facilitate sustainable building technology. the building master layout is following site contour and create human comfort environment also create a view from inside building to outside the building.
